  1. I sneak lots of good food into treats for my 2 Grandsons. Even ice cream time with fresh berries and a sprinkling of fresh chopped nuts. Zucchini get's mixed in cookies and other snacks as well :)

  2. I find it much easier to introduce raw foods than cooked foods. Raw fruits and vegetables allow the palate to recognize a flavor prior to excessive seasoning.
