Preggie Pops have been a lifesaver for me during this pregnancy. In the beginning and until about 20 weeks, I suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum. Think morning sickness on steroids if you're not familiar with the condition. While the worst of it has passed, I still experience some "icky" feelings and feeling sick to my stomach. When I was asked to review Preggie Pops, I was very excited to jump at the chance. I figured they must work, because every time we tried to pick some up for me, the store was sold out!

So what's so great about Preggie Pops? For one, they are all natural and gluten free. This is great in my case, since I try to avoid gluten. The flavors in Preggie Pops come from specific essential oil flavors known to help with stomach problems. The scents can also help alleviate these sort of symptoms. I'm planning on having these around when I go into labor as well, since I've been known to feel sick right before transition.

Preggie Pops comes in a variety of flavors like peppermint, spearmint, lavender, ginger, sour lemon, sour tangerine, and sour raspberry in chews or hard candies. They are available for purchase at Walgreens.
